Round Two let's go go go!

The deadliest
Guess what? I'm on a roll. I'm excited for this to actually be a thing. I know what you're thinking. Two, in one day, what is this nonsense? I know I know believe me, it will never happen again. Probably. I don't know I'm excited so lay off will ya?  This project comes from a loooooooong time ago. I thought I would try my hand at painting. This foray into the realm of painting was inspired by this. That is one very expensive jar that I wanted very badly! I was however broke at the time, and these tings are hard to come by. So, with inspiration from the original, I decided to make my own.

So, to start out I guess we'll be kickin' it old school starting with a bunch of older projects of mine. I like to show off. Whether I'm fond of the end results of the product or not I don't care, I'm going to show ya anyways because frankly you should be impressed.
This is one of my first completed crochet projects and I'm proud as hell. I made it for a friend for her birthday; it took me about three months of summer vacation. This beauty is made up of a little more than a thousand little squares (I think it was like 1,024). It spans like 6'x6' a little bigger than a lap blanket, but almost not big enough to use in bed. My friend snuggles with it just fine though. She says it is as warm as all get out. Now she insists that I make her a little plush to go with it... aye caramba!
